Burlington Stores Inc. will relocate its corporate headquarters to 3151 Market Street in West Philadelphia’s Schuylkill Yards development, the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development announced September 3, 2026. The Fortune 500 retailer is committing $370 million to the move, which is projected to create at least 2,000 jobs over five years. Pennsylvania is contributing $30 million — a $20 million RACP grant plus a $10 million Pennsylvania First grant — while Philadelphia is adding a $7 million forgivable loan.
