Hygrade Components announced a $1.6 million expansion of its manufacturing operations in Mount Pleasant, Tennessee, on June 25, 2026. The company will add approximately 100,000 square feet to its existing facility at 1319 North Main Street through a long-term lease agreement. The project is expected to create more than 30 new jobs, bringing total employment at the Maury County site to 100 workers upon completion.

What it means

The expansion increases Hygrade Components’ production capacity for metal components used in window and door fabrication. According to CEO Randall D. Gottlieb, the lease commitment allows the company to scale services and serve a growing client base over the next decade. The facility has operated in Mount Pleasant since 1994, marking more than 30 years of business presence in Tennessee.

Governor Bill Lee stated that the investment reflects the state’s commitment to job creation and community strengthening.
