American Type Culture Collection (ATCC), a private nonprofit biological resource center and standards organization, will invest $54.7 million to expand its bioresource center campus in Prince William County, Virginia, the office of Governor Glenn Youngkin announced September 12, 2024. The expansion adds a new biomanufacturing facility focused on global health and will create 75 new jobs. ATCC has maintained its headquarters at Innovation Park in Prince William County since 1998.
